Be generous when using your sunscreen. To achieve the expected protection stated on the product, you can safely follow the advice ‘one body – one handful with top’. This corresponds to approx. 40 ml for an adult and 20 ml for children. Spread a generous amount of product over the entire body, preferably 30 minutes before going into the sun. Use the sun lotion every time you have been in the water and protect yourself at regular intervals if you are in the sun for a long time.
