How to use

Be generous when using your sunscreen. To achieve the expected protection stated on the product, use the equivalent of a teaspoon for the face, neck and ears. Spread a generous amount of product preferably 20-30 minutes before going into the sun. Apply the sunscreen twice to minimize the effects of the sun. Use sunscreen every time you have been in the water and protect yourself at regular intervals if you are in the sun for a long time.
